POSTAL COACHING

There are two ways in which our postal coaching and elearning products can be subscribed to/purchased.

ONLINE
To purchase online using your credit card or netbanking facility click on the link "BUY NOW", available on the product pages.

Important: While filling up the details, against
"Recipient's Name" - give the name of the student (NOT the credit card holder's name)
"Recipient's Address" - give the address to which the material has to be sent.

You can choose multiple products to purchase in a single transaction. After choosing a product, click the 'Back" button on your browser to choose more products.

Note: PRIME does not capture any of your credit card or netbanking account details. These details are captured by CC Avenue, based in Mumbai, our payment gateway services provider.

Along with the DD, please provide the following details:

• The name of the product which you wish to purchase.
• Full name of the student.
• Complete postal address including pin code.
• email address where the student can be contacted (COMPULSORY)
• A colour, passport size photograph of the student.

Response Times

The relevant course material/CD would be despatched with 24 working hours of the receipt of the DD or online purchase confirmation, by speed/registered post.

In the case of purchase of download versions of our elearning products, the download link and instructions would be emailed within 12 working hours of the receipt of the DD or online purchase confirmation.

Our offices/email servers would be operational from 10 am to 6 pm on all working days. Orders received after 6 pm would be processed on the following working day.

E-learning Products (Software)

Recommended System Configuration for all e-learning products
Hardware: Pentium PC 1.5 GHz or higher, 128 or higher MB RAM, 1024 x 768 resolution monitor.
OS : Windows 98 SE/XP with Internet Explorer 5.0+. Windows XP preferred for font compatibility.

Limitations
The software is designed to run only on one computer.
